How pricing works
Prices are set by the spa and shown on the booking page before you confirm. Here is what moves them, and what to expect from the rest.
What decides the price
Four things set the price: how long the service is, what kind it is, any add-on and who you book with. The booking page shows the price of the exact service and time you choose.
The length of the service
Massage, facial, body or heat
Add-ons such as warm stones or a scalp massage
The level of the therapist or esthetician
The talk before your treatment
Every visit begins with a few minutes about pressure, areas to avoid and anything you want us to know that day. For a facial, Mirian looks at your skin first. The talk is part of your appointment time.
Deposits
On weekends and for groups of three or more, a card holds your time and goes toward your visit. A single weekday treatment doesn't need one. The booking page tells you before you confirm.
Please tell us at least 24 hours before your time, and three days for a group. If you arrive late, we shorten the service so the next guest isn't kept waiting.
Add-ons and changes on the day
Add the sauna, the terrace soak, warm stones or more table time when you book, or ask on the day. We agree to it with you before we start, and the time is added if the schedule allows.
Tipping
A tip is never added to your bill. Leave one at the desk or on your card if you would like to, and it reaches whoever looked after you.
Gift cards and packages
A gift card works for any amount and for any service. Buy one online or at the front desk, and whoever receives it books like any guest. Ask us about expiry in North Carolina.
