Your first visit
Nothing to prepare but yourself
If you have never been to a spa, or never to this one, here is what it takes to arrive and what happens when you do.
Most guests tell us the surprise is how quiet it is. We keep the sun room and the hallways that way, so a locker for your phone is part of every visit.

Before you come
Four things to know before a first visit, so the day itself is easy.
- 01
Step 1: Book your visit
Choose a service on the menu and a time on our calendar, or call and Nari will help you build a visit. On weekends, book a week ahead if you can; in October, two.
Heat is a separate add-on: choose it when you book
A group of three or more books by phone
- 02
Step 2: What to wear and bring
Come in whatever is comfortable. We provide the robe, towel, sandals and a locker.
A swimsuit, only for the sauna or the terrace soak
Glasses or contacts, if you wear them, for the talk beforehand
Your phone stays in the locker
- 03
Step 3: Arriving and waiting
Come twenty minutes early on a first visit. Park on North Main or behind the building; the entrance is at street level.
Nari checks you in
You wait in the sun room with tea
Your therapist comes to find you
- 04
Step 4: Afterward
Stay as long as you like. Drink water, rest in the sun room, and take the terrace when the weather allows.
Tell Nari if you would like to book again
Leave a tip at the desk, if you wish
Ready to choose a time?
Book online, or call the front desk with questions first.
